Frank White and Scott Titshaw teamed up with ACLU attorneys Gerald Weber, James Esseks, Beth Littrell and Ken Choe to represent high school student plaintiffs in White County High School Peers Rising in Diverse Education (PRIDE) et al. v. White County School District, an internationally publicized case challenging White County High School's decision to close school facilities to all non-curricular student organizations in order to probit meetings of PRIDE, a gay/straight alliance. On Friday, July 14, 2006, US District Court Judge William O'Kelley issued a 34 page opinion in favor of plaintiffs, issuing an Order enjoining the school from denying PRIDE and other groups such as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, equal access to school facilities.
