Rebecca Kolb is an associate in the Litigation and International Business Practice Groups.

Ms. Kolb focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation matters with experience in a variety of contract disputes – including those involving clinical trials, software implementation, commercial real estate, employment restrictive covenants, and insurance disputes – as well as director and officer liability cases. Ms. Kolb also practices in the area of international dispute resolution, including international arbitration, and is actively involved in the Atlanta International Arbitration Society.

As a business litigator, Ms. Kolb’s experience includes work at the trial and appellate level, both in briefing and oral argument. Ms. Kolb has successfully argued multiple motions for dismissal and for summary judgment, as well as multiple appellate arguments in the Georgia Court of Appeals. Ms. Kolb has also served as second chair for two full evidentiary hearings on motions for preliminary injunction, as well as for two merits hearings in arbitration.

While in law school, Ms. Kolb was a judicial intern with The Honorable Richard W. Story, United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia. Ms. Kolb also studied internationally with the Summer Academy in International Commercial Arbitration and traveled to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to compete in the Inter-American Sustainable Development Law Moot Court Competition, where her team was a semi-finalist.
