Nick Passarello is an associate in the Commercial Lending and Real Estate Practices. He represents lenders and borrowers in connection with a range of secured lending transactions, including syndicated, club and bilateral senior credit facilities for cash flow and asset-based loans, private equity financings (including leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations and bolt-on/tuck-in acquisitions), commercial real estate term and construction loan transactions, and the origination and servicing of commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) loans. He also has experience representing property owners, developers, and tenants in the purchase, sale, financing, and leasing of new or existing office, multifamily, retail and industrial commercial real estate projects.

Mr. Passarello received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he served as the editor-in-chief of the Alaska Law Review. He received a dual degree in political science and psychology from the University of Georgia in 2010. He serves on the firm’s Associates Committee.
