Arnall Golden Gregory LLP’s Multifamily Practice Team focuses on the representation of owners, developers and investors in all aspects of multifamily communities such as: 

  • the development, acquisition, financing and disposition of all levels of multifamily properties including Class A, B and C market rate multifamily developments, multifamily property portfolios, mixed-income multifamily projects, senior housing (with and without supportive services), public housing, student housing, Section 42 housing, for-sale townhomes and condominium projects; and
  • the structuring and negotiation of various construction and acquisition financing and related investments including conventional construction and acquisition debt, securitized conduit loans, FHA construction and permanent loans, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing, CMBS loans, multiple flavors of subordinate debt, private activity bonds with various credit enhancements, tax credit equity, conventional equity, mezzanine debt and government grants.

The Multifamily Practice Team has handled multifamily transactions representing over 40,000 multifamily units and over $2.5 billion in investments throughout the United States, including the development and financing of apartment communities in the Atlantic Station project and Class A apartment communities in the Midtown, Buckhead, Sandy Springs and Dunwoody areas of Atlanta.
