Based in Dallas, Texas, Hudson Advisors is a global full-service asset management company that provides due diligence and analysis, asset management and global support services for Lone Star Real Estate Funds, a leading private equity firm. Arnall Golden Gregory’s national Office Leasing practice handles office leasing for Hudson Advisors / Lone Star Real Estate Funds properties located primarily in Minnesota and North Dakota.

Approach

Arnall Golden Gregory draws up new leases, amends leases and reviews all ancillary property management documents. The tenants cover a range of industries, from healthcare to financial services to technology, and include some of the country’s largest companies, such as Wells Fargo, General Dynamics and UBS. AGG won the client’s business after an AGG attorney representing tenants impressed Hudson Advisors’ inside counsel. .

Lone Star is one of the largest real estate private equity funds in the world. AGG has successfully completed dozens of deals for Lone Star subsidiary Hudson Advisors and will continue to advise the client on the leasing of its office properties.
