Brian Teras Joins Arnall Golden Gregory as a Partner in the Corporate Practice Group

ATLANTA – Brian Teras has joined Arnall Golden Gregory as a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group.

Brian advises public companies in SEC reporting and compliance, and public and private issuers in securities and corporate finance transactions. He also counsels public and private companies on structuring, negotiating and completing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.

Brian was most recently an attorney with Nelson Mullins. Earlier in his career, Brian was senior in-house counsel at an Atlanta-based publicly traded life sciences company and an attorney at Paul Hastings and Troutman Sanders.

He earned his law degree at Georgia State University College of Law in 2006 and his B.A. in political science from the University of Wisconsin in 2002.
