ATLANTA – Arnall Golden Gregory is proud to announce that Cristina Reeves Bouton and Douglas Smith have been named partners in the firm effective Jan. 1, 2018. Cristina and Doug provide expertise to our clients in real estate and employee benefits/executive compensation, respectively.

Bouton focuses her practice on retail leasing and commercial real estate development. Her experience includes the negotiation of retail and office leases on behalf of landlords and tenants as well as the representation of developers in connection with the acquisition and disposition of real property.
Smith advises and assists clients with qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation plans and agreements. He has extensive experience handling ERISA, employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of business mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financial transactions. He also has broad experience in the design, drafting and tax analysis of executive compensation arrangements, long-term incentive compensation and equity-based compensation.
