January 25, 2016
Arnall Golden Gregory, LLP

The American Bar Association Health Law Section has recognized Arnall Golden Gregory’s Healthcare Practice as one of the top 10 practices in the Southeast and Washington, D.C., region.

With this honor, the ABA says, "We recognize the firms and attorneys for answering this call to professionalism, for engaging the challenging health law issues of the day, and for their efforts to address healthcare clients’ complex problems through their membership in the ABA Health Law Section."

Arnall Golden Gregory has one of the largest healthcare practices in the country, with more than three dozen attorneys dedicated solely to healthcare, and other attorneys in other practices providing assistance when needed.

“The legal challenges facing healthcare providers and investors have never been greater,” commented Hedy Rubinger, chair of AGG’s Healthcare Practice. “We are honored that the ABA recognizes that Arnall Golden Gregory is one of the few firms in the country that is exceptionally qualified to address those challenges.”

AGG attorneys help healthcare clients across the country with transactional, litigation and other matters.

The firm’s healthcare practice is broad based, serving:

  • hospitals and health systems
  • skilled nursing, assisted living, personal care, rehabilitation and psychiatric facilities
  • home health agencies and hospices
  • ambulatory surgery centers, physicians and physician group practices
  • ancillary service providers, suppliers and distributors
  • information and medical technology companies, pharmaceutical, medical device and life sciences companies, and healthcare investors, healthcare REITS, private equity funds and financial institutions.
