Jessica Tobin Grozine is a partner in the Healthcare Practice. She is a member of the firm’s Associates Committee. Ms. Grozine is a frequent author on healthcare topics and has been published in the Georgia Bar Journal and American Health Lawyers Association publications.
Ms. Grozine focuses her practice on federal and state healthcare regulatory matters, representing nursing homes, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, assisted living facilities, hospices, physician groups, home health agencies, and other healthcare providers on issues relating to operations, compliance, certificate of need, health information privacy, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and a variety of healthcare transactions.
Ms. Grozine graduated with honors from both the University of Georgia, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in journalism, and Georgia State University’s College of Law. During law school, she was the lead articles editor for the Georgia State University Law Review.
