Arnall Golden Gregory LLP seeks a junior-level associate for its Healthcare / Food and Drug practice in the Washington DC office. Qualified candidates must possess a strong academic record and have two to four years of experience in advising pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetic or food companies on Food and Drug Administration (FDA) related issues. Experience at a firm in a food and drug law practice and/or experience at the FDA or the Department of Justice on FDA-related matters preferred. The candidate must have excellent oral and written presentation skills, as well as strong analytical and organizational skills; be self-motivated and able to manage, prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely fashion; and possess a strong academic record. ERISA Associate (Atlanta office)
Arnall Golden Gregory LLP seeks an associate with two to four years of experience with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), preferably in a large firm. Candidate must have familiarity with healthcare reform and in-depth experience with health and welfare plans. Must be familiar with the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and self-funded medical plans. Master of Laws (LLM) a plus, but not required. German-speaking Corporate Secretary (Atlanta office)
This position requires a minimum of five years' experience as a secretary in corporate mergers and acquisitions, preferably with tax law experience, in a law firm. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys through the performance of complex secretarial and clerical duties; requiring knowledge of legal terminology and processes associated with this area of law. Must have strong organizational skills, requiring excellent clerical skills and knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation for both English and German languages. Must be able to fluently speak, read and translate the German language.
