Mr. Weiner is a partner in Arnall Golden Gregory, LLP's Lending Practice Team. He practices in the areas of lending and finance law with an emphasis in asset-based lending, real estate finance, corporate lending and loan workouts. He also has extensive experience advising financial institutions with respect to structured finance and asset-based securitization transactions.
