Mr. Taylor is a partner in, and Vice Chairman of, the firm's Litigation Practice Group, as well as a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology and Employment Law Practice Teams. He has experience in litigation concerning trademark, copyright and patent matters, trade secret disputes, franchise-related disputes, contractual issues, employment-related issues and general commercial matters. Mr. Taylor has advised numerous clients on domestic and international trademark registration, maintenance and licensing, as well as software licensing issues. He also has experience in litigating disputes under the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and has represented numerous clients in land use and zoning matters relating to the location and construction of telecommunications facilities.
