Mr. Skorecki is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm and a member of the Management Committee. He is involved in corporate and real estate transactions, and has had extensive experience in all types of financing, including the use of industrial development bonds for financing facilities, equipment and real estate. Mr. Skorecki has primary responsibility for bond-related work in the Firm, which involves both privately placed and publicly offered issues. He also has extensive experience with corporate acquisitions, mergers and other combinations, as well as asset based, real estate and other conventional forms of financing. He has also participated in preparing and distributing numerous private placement memoranda pertaining to real estate syndications. In each case, Mr. Skorecki has had responsibility for overseeing and reviewing the memoranda, working with both the accountants and, where utilized, the underwriters in preparing and distributing the memoranda. He has had extensive experience in the acquisition, sale and financing of nursing homes and other related types of healthcare facilities, as well as financing for such facilities with specialized lending institutions. He is a member of the Firm's Healthcare, Mergers and Acquisitions/Strategic Alliances, and Corporate Finance Practice Teams. He also serves as the Firm's Administrative Partner.
