Andrew Schutt is an associate in the Firm's Corporate Practice Group and a member of the Growth Companies/Private Equities and International Practice Teams. He primarily represents telecommunications and other technology companies in mergers and acquisitions, financing, and general corporate. Andrew spent nearly a year assisting one of the Firm's technology clients as its interim general counsel, responsible for the coordination of all legal matters nation-wide. Andrew also has extensive experience representing wireless providers in all aspects of network build-out, including the review and negotiation of tower site lease agreements and defense before zoning boards.
