Rob Robinson is an associate in the firm's Corporate Practice Group and a member of the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions/Strategic Alliances Practice Team. Rob has experience in representing both public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and other corporate matters. He also has assisted growing and early stage companies in obtaining debt and equity financing. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant, and prior to entering law school he worked as an auditor for Price Waterhouse.
