Mr. Richardson is a Co-Chairman of the firm's Growth Companies/Private Equities Practice Team and Partner in its Corporate Practice Group. He works regularly with growing companies in the information technology, medical technology and service industries and with companies that provide financing to growing companies. Mr. Richardson is a founder and director of the largest trade association for venture capital investors in the Southeast, the Atlanta Venture Forum, and a frequent lecturer on issues of growth company finance and strategies. His series of Growth Company Guides have become a standard resource for growth company managers and private company investors since their initial publication in 1987 as The Venture Magazine Complete Guide to Venture Capital.
