As a partner in the firm's Corporate Practice Group, Mr. Peterzell is responsible for the firm's representation of clients in several types of businesses. He is a member of the firm's Healthcare Practice Team which represents the interests of healthcare providers ranging from hospitals and nursing homes to clinics, physicians groups and other providers of healthcare services. His practice focuses on the acquisition, financing and operation of healthcare facilities and services throughout the southeast. Mr. Peterzell is also active in representing trade associations in the healthcare and food industries. He has taught business law in the MBA program of the Georgia State University Business School, and has written and lectured extensively to trade association members, corporate counsel staffs, legal groups and to healthcare, food processing, and other industry groups on various subjects affecting their interests.
