For over 10 years, Susan has worked with professional services organizations to define and execute strategy, build marketing departments, and spearhead significant initiatives such as branding, market research, public relations and advertising programs. Her experience has been as marketing director at 3 law firms, the head of the Atlanta office of a Washington-based law firm marketing consulting agency, and a senior marketing executive with a Big 5 accounting firm.

Susan has a BA from the University of Florida and an MBA from Georgia State University. She founded, and is a member of, the Southeast chapter of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and is active in its national organization.
