Darryl S. Laddin is Chairman of the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP. Mr. Laddin's practice encompasses a broad range of commercial, litigation and bankruptcy matters, including areas such as the following:

• The restructuring of commercial indebtedness and creditors' rights under the Bankruptcy Code and the Uniform Commercial Code

• Obtaining asset recoveries on behalf of clients who have been defrauded

• Issues affecting airlines and the leasing of aircraft, including areas such as return conditions, terms sheets, airworthiness, FAA maintenance requirements, base level rights and the impact of bankruptcy on lessors

• Mr. Laddin's most recent client representations include serving as counsel to: the largest trade creditor in the bankruptcy case of WorldCom, Inc. pending in New York, New York; one of the largest trade creditors in the bankruptcy case of Winstar Communications, Inc. pending in Wilmington, Delaware; the Creditors' Committee in the bankruptcy case of EqualNet Corporation pending in Houston, Texas; the Chairman of the Creditors' Committee in the bankruptcy cases of Net2000 Communications, Inc. and ETS Payphones, Inc. pending in Wilmington, Delaware; the largest creditor in the bankruptcy case of Crescent Public Communications, Inc. pending in New York, New York; members of the Committees in the bankruptcy cases of Log on America, Inc. pending in Wilmington, Delaware, JD Services, Inc. pending in Salt Lake City, Utah, Comdisco, Inc., pending in Chicago, Illinois, and Let's Talk Cellular & Warehouse, Inc. pending in Wilmington, Delaware.

Prior to beginning his private practice, Mr. Laddin clerked for The Honorable James C. Hill on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. In 1990, he received his law degree from Emory University, where he was a Robert W. Woodruff Fellow, Articles Editor of Emory Law Journal and was elected Order of the Coif. Mr. Laddin received his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard in 1987.
