Area of Practice
General Corporate, with particular emphasis on representing computer software and hardware companies and technology businesses, including Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity/Venture Capital Financing, Intellectual Property, Nanotechnology and University Technology Transfer issues.

Ms. King is a partner of the firm in the Corporate Practice Group. She has extensive experience in the representation of computer software, hardware, and technology companies including experience with issues such as licensing, distribution, and protection and maintenance of intellectual property. Ms. King also has experience in the types of financing issues often faced by these fast growth companies such as mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings, and venture capital investments. She is a member of the firm's Mergers & Acquisition/Strategic Alliances Practice Team, Growth Companies Practice Team, and the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Team. Ms. King serves as the Hiring Partner for the firm.
