Sherie Holmes Bush practices in the areas of commercial lending and real estate finance. She has significant experience representing both domestic and foreign lending institutions, as well as corporate clients, in syndicated and bilateral credits, including asset-based loans, real estate and acquisition financing, credit enhancement facilities, capital markets transactions, loans to nonprofit organizations, synthetic leases, and receivables and sale/leaseback financing. Ms. Bush advises lenders participating in structured, leveraged lease and project finance transactions. In addition, she regularly represents corporate borrowers with respect to financing transactions of all types and has a large non-profit institutional client base. She has lectured on topics related to finance transactions for private business groups and state and local bar organizations.

Ms. Bush has been named an "Outstanding Young Woman of America" and has been included in Who's Who in the South and Southwest, Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who Among American Women. She is a member of the Junior League of Atlanta, a Board Member of The Atlanta Lyric Theatre Company, former Secretary of the Board of Directors of the British-American Business Group, and a community advisor to the Board of Trinity Community Ministries, a non-denominational outreach organization serving the homeless and offering recovery programs to former substance abusers.
