Mr. Holland is a partner of the firm in the Corporate Practice Group. He served as a Tax Law Specialist in the National Office of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C. from 1970-1973. In recent years, Mr. Holland's practice has focused in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, bank financing, corporate workouts and restructuring. Mr. Holland has lectured at the Emory Graduate Business School and has served on panels for various business and law programs. For over 30 years, Mr. Holland has advised numerous corporations and individual clients in the acquisition and purchase of companies. He has also been involved in numerous corporate restructures and has served as a corporate/business advisor to clients.
