Mr. Gregory is a partner in the firm's Litigation Practice Group and a member of the Healthcare Practice Team. He has extensive trial experience before The State Health Planning Review Board and the state and federal courts. He has handled numerous certificate of need healthcare appeals and regularly counsels clients on such issues. Mr. Gregory also has extensive experience in employment litigation matters, including employment contracts, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and discrimination issues. His casework also includes securities arbitration matters. Mr. Gregory has lectured on healthcare topics, employment law, restrictive covenants, and false advertising.
