Mr. Freeman's practice focuses on insurance regulation, corporate and healthcare law. He represents property and casualty, managed care and other insurance providers in matters related to transactional and operational issues as well as before state regulatory agencies. Mr. Freeman also represents clients, including a national insurance trade association, before the Georgia General Assembly as a lobbyist and is a member of the firm's governmental affairs team.

Mr. Freeman's legal work in regard to a variety of insurance companies includes mergers and acquisitions, formation, licensing and regulatory compliance, legislative matters and traditional corporate representation. Mr. Freeman's practice is broad and involves working with insurance clients and regulators in connection with all facets of market conduct exams, targeted exams and other related insurance disciplinary issues.
