He has extensive experience in the negotiation and closing of contracts and loans for the acquisition, construction, and permanent financing of commercial real estate projects. Mr. Eldridge also practices in the areas of zoning, condemnation actions, foreclosures, loan workouts, natural resource preservation, and the negotiation and obtainment of title insurance.
