Mr. Eady is a partner with the firm where he practices as a transactional attorney in the Real Estate and Corporate practice areas. Mr. Eady is the Co-Chairperson of the firm's Affordable Housing Practice Team. He has experience in a variety of real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, mergers, leasing, financing and commercial lending. Mr. Eady represents clients in all aspects of the real estate development process with an emphasis on mixed-use, urban redevelopment transactions. He has assisted clients with the formation of various operating and investment entities, including partnerships, joint ventures, corporations, and limited liability companies. He has represented private developers of multifamily and single family housing developments, including transactions involving the use of public/private partnerships, low income housing tax credits and other affordable housing financing structures. In addition, he represents public housing authorities with respect to mixed-finance public housing redevelopment projects. He represents clients in planning, structuring, negotiating and consummating a wide range of acquisition, development and financing transactions.
