Mr. Duvall, a partner of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, has a broad range of experience in healthcare, corporate and transactional law. Mr. Duvall has represented and assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and financing arrangements, and has worked extensively with hospitals, healthcare systems and other healthcare providers with strategic and operational issues. He has worked with clients in the acquisition and sale of hospitals, nursing homes and physician practices and in the development of physician hospital organizations, provider service organizations, physician management companies and health maintenance organizations. Mr. Duvall serves as general counsel for several hospitals, a large healthcare system, and is chair of the firm's Life Sciences Practice Group which includes the Healthcare, HIPAA and Food & Drug Teams.
