Affordable Housing, Commercial Real Estate

Ms. Drummond is a partner of the firm and Co-Chairperson of the Affordable Housing Practice Team. She structures and closes housing transactions (multi-family, single family, condominiums, cooperatives) which are financed with federal and state low income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, various types of tax-exempt bonds, FHA-insured loans, and numerous other forms and types of subsidized and conventional financing. She works extensively with both for-profit and nonprofit developers and with tax credit equity syndicators. She frequently speaks on tax and development issues associated with housing, historic and new markets tax credits and tax-exempt bonds.
