Mr. Dorvee chairs Arnall Golden Gregory's Litigation Practice Group and is leader of the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Teams. He has over twenty years of litigation experience focusing on trade secret litigation, copyright, trademark and patent infringement cases, cases involving restrictive covenants, and unfair competition matters. He successfully pursued the first action involving software under the Georgia Uniform Trade Secrets Act. He also has extensive experience in information technology litigation. Mr. Dorvee advises numerous foreign and domestic clients on the proper use, registration and maintenance of trademarks and has practiced frequently before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He is experienced in licensing, and internet-related matters and data privacy. He frequently lectures on technology and intellectual property law topics and is often quoted in the media regarding technology-related issues.
