Ms. Cisne is an associate in the Securities & Corporate Governance Practice Team of the firm's Corporate Practice Group, where her practice focuses on both transactional and regulatory compliance matters. Her experience includes matters involving public and private securities offerings and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting for companies with securities traded on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, and OTC Bulletin Boards, as well as blue sky law compliance. She has also assisted businesses in connection with acquisitions, reorganizations, regulatory investigations, and corporate governance matters.
