Jeff Burris is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Life Sciences Practice Groups and a member of the firm's Growth Companies/Private Equities Teams. Jeff primarily represents growing companies and life sciences companies. During the last two and half years he has been coordinating counsel for one of the firm's Life Science clients, assisting with their entire range of legal needs. Jeff has experience with a broad range of legal issues and agreements including equity financing and strategic alliances and licensing, distribution and research agreements, along with his experience in mergers and acquisitions. Jeff also has extensive experience working with the firm's franchising clients, assisting them with their regulatory issues and offering circulars.
