Patents and Nanotechnology

Bryan Bockhop is a partner in the Patents Team and a registered patent attorney who concentrates his practice on patent prosecution and litigation primarily in the areas of electronics, optics, nanotechnology and complex mechanical systems. He was a central processing unit circuit design engineer for IBM prior to attending law school, and served as a U.S. Naval Officer prior to his employment at IBM. Mr. Bockhop has significant experience litigating patent, trademark and copyright cases.
