The primary focus of Mr. Berg's practice has been the representation of commercial real estate clients. His representation entails substantial work in the acquisition, development, financing, purchase, and sale of commercial real estate projects including office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, sites for major retail developers, and other commercial properties. Mr. Berg is also a member of the firm's Employment Law Practice Team where he brings to bear his experience with the National Labor Relations Board and his representation of management in employment matters.
