On December 5 an interview with Charles Huddleston was aired on NPR. The interview focused on employer's liability when an employee causes accidents and injury due to the use of cell phones, digital pagers, etc. on the job while driving.

Neil Gordon, the firm's new Bankruptcy partner, has been elected to a three year term to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees ("NABT") and named Co-chair of the NABT's spring 2003 seminar in Coral Gables, Florida. Neil was also recently elected Treasurer for the Southeast Region of the Anti-Defamation League, the nation's oldest civil rights organization.
