Robert F. (“Bob”) Dow is a partner in and serves as vice chair of the Corporate and Securities Practice. With more than 20 years’ experience practicing law in securities and transactional matters, Mr. Dow is also a Certified Public Accountant with experience as a financial analyst, corporate controller and "Big 4" auditor. Mr. Dow serves on the Board of Advisors of CorporateCounsel.net and is a frequent speaker on securities and corporate governance matters.
Mr. Dow focuses his practice on securities and transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and venture capital financing. Mr. Dow also advises public and private companies on corporate governance issues and Securities and Exchange Commission compliance issues.
Mr. Dow also serves as the pro bono chair for the firm, coordinating the firm’s numerous pro bono programs. In that connection, Mr. Dow is an active participant in the Georgia Law Center for the Homeless and the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation’s Domestic Violence Victim Assistance Program.
