Rebecca Lunceford is an associate in the Litigation and International Business Practice Groups.
Ms. Lunceford focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation matters - including insurance coverage litigation - with experience in a variety of breach of contract cases, commercial lease disputes, and director and officer liability cases. Ms. Lunceford also practices in the area of international dispute resolution, including international arbitration, and is actively involved in the Atlanta International Arbitration Society.
While in law school, Ms. Lunceford was a judicial intern with The Honorable Richard W. Story, United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia, a lead articles editor for the Georgia State University Law Review, a member of the executive board and competitor for the Georgia State University Moot Court team, and a graduate research assistant for Professor Tanya M. Washington. Ms. Lunceford also studied internationally with the Summer Academy in International Commercial Arbitration and traveled to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to compete in the Inter-American Sustainable Development Law Moot Court Competition, where her team was a semi-finalist.
