Atlanta Venture Forum

The Atlanta Venture Forum, founded in 1984, was established to foster closer professional relationships among the members of the Southeast venture community through the exchange of information and ideas, the Atlanta Venture Forum has grown into the largest trade association for private equity investors in the Southeast.

e-conomyVentures is comprised of five leading service organizations that offer a "pipeline" of business, legal, accounting, marketing and technology services critical to entrepreneurial organizations seeking venture capital. AGG is joined by Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, the largest independent accounting firm in the Southeast and Blueshift Inc., a leading custom software development and offshore programming firm with a subsidiary that specializes in working with Internet startups. The Resource Forum, a well-respected, established organization that is expert in creating an environment for deal making, houses e-conomyVentures and provide proof-of-concept and business strategy services for e-conomyVentures clients.

Employment Law Alliance
AGG is a charter member of the Employment Law Alliance, a national consortium of law firm employment practices. Its purpose is to provide a referral network of resources for clients needing employment law expertise in other geographic areas.

NAIOP
The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), founded in 1967, is a trade association of developers, owners, investors and related professionals in industrial and office real estate in 46 Chapters across the U.S. and Canada. NAIOP promotes effective public policy through its grassroots network to create, protect and enhance property values. It offers education programs, research on trends and innovations, networking opportunities and strong legislative representation.

The Resource Forum
The Resource Forum provides a ‘transaction atmosphere’ for entrepreneurs, technology start-ups, small businesses and corporate 'intrapreneurs.' The organization's purpose is to help others build businesses and expand professional networks with programs like its exclusive PowerTools Business Accelerator and a proof-of-concept, strategy mapping session for senior management. Their facility offers resources and services such as desktop workstations, T-1 speed Internet connections, fully equipped meeting rooms
, video and teleconferencing, webcasting and even a café for breakfast or lunch.

TAG
The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) serves as a networking organization for its over 5,000 members of Georgia's technology community. TAG includes four separate Societies which previously operated as: the Business & Technology Alliance (B&TA); the Business Education & Technology Alliance Southeast in Savannah, GA (BETA); the Southeastern Software Association (SSA); and Women In Technology (WIT).

UNILAW
AGG is a founding member of UNILAW, a network comprised of eight independent mid-sized law firms located in major urban areas throughout the United States. Its mission is to enhance each member firm's ability to serve clients through the access to and exchange of legal, marketing, and management expertise and professional relationships with law firms in other geographic markets.
