Kim Phan is an associate in the Privacy Practice and the Government and Regulatory Practice.
Ms. Phan’s practice focuses on counseling clients regarding federal legislative and regulatory compliance matters. She has advised and assisted clients to engage congressional offices and executive agencies, such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Phan was working at the National Federation of Independent Business. Her past work experience includes serving as a law clerk at SprintNextel, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the National Republican Senatorial Committee and the FTC. Ms. Phan has also interned in the Office of Congressman Virgil Goode and the National Republican Committee Press Office.
