Kelley Coleman Nduom is an associate in the Healthcare Practice. Prior to entering law practice, Ms. Nduom worked at a health policy think tank in Washington DC.
Ms. Nduom focuses her practice on regulatory compliance issues related to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as well as on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and state licensure matters. She advises pharmaceutical, medical device and cosmetic companies on matters related to compliance with FDA regulations. In addition, Ms. Nduom counsels companies on advertising, promotion and compliance with product labeling requirements. Ms. Nduom’s healthcare practice focuses on advising institutional healthcare providers regarding regulatory compliance, licensing, certificate of need and change of ownership.
