We take great care in our selection process and always hire with an emphasis on developing a long-term relationship between associates and the firm. AGG does not hire, train or develop associates under a system that creates a competitive situation to become a partner, nor do we hire in large numbers with the intention of 'weeding out' associates later.
Our focus is on helping new associates acquire the skills and experience needed to become successful partners. We strongly encourage our attorneys to become involved in the community, pursuing their own interests and passions.
