Bliss is the firm’s Director of Attorney Recruitment and oversees entry-level and lateral attorney hiring. In addition, she manages the firm's professional development initiatives, including attorney integration, mentoring, and training. She is a leading member of the firm's Hiring and Professional Development Committees and is actively involved with the firm's Diversity Committee and Women's Initiative Group. Bliss has more than nine years of experience working in the legal industry. Prior to joining Arnall Golden Gregory in April 2006, Bliss served as the Director of Client Development for Major, Lindsey & Africa, an attorney search firm. She began her career on a corporate services team for CT Corporation. Bliss graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Economics and Spanish and is a past president of the Vanderbilt Atlanta Alumni Chapter. Professionally, she is a member of the Atlanta Legal Recruiters Association, National Association for Law Placement and the Professional Development Consortium.
