Ms. Hyken is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group and the Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Practice Team. Her practice includes representing parties in the purchase, development, leasing and disposition of retail office and industrial properties, including shopping centers, free-standing buildings and outparcels. Ms. Hyken employs her extensive litigation experience to assist clients in lease negotiations, drafting and dispute resolution. Ms. Hyken was named a "Georgia Super Lawyer - Rising Star" by Atlanta Magazine in 2006 and 2009.
