Mr. Barr is a member of the Litigation Practice Group and Intellectual Property Practice Team. He has experience litigating trademark, copyright and patent matters, trade secret disputes, contractual issues, employment-related issues and general commercial matters. His intellectual property practice focuses on domestic and international trademark prosecution, trademark enforcement, and trademark infringement litigation. In addition, Mr. Barr has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in false advertising litigation.
