Scott Titshaw is a senior associate who focuses on immigration law and German-American business transactions.

Mr. Titshaw represents a wide variety of domestic and multinational corporations, schools and universities, entrepreneurs, individuals and families in all aspects of business and family based immigration, including temporary and long-term visas, employment authorization, permanent residence (green cards) and naturalization, as well as I-9 and SSA employer compliance issues. He represents his clients before the Department of Homeland Security (including the BCIS, BICE, & BCBP), the Justice Department, the Department of Labor, the Department of State and at US Consulates around the world. As a regularly published author, frequent lecturer, and lobbyist, Mr. Titshaw carefully monitors developments in immigration law and policy and provides his clients with advice concerning their short and long-term strategies and alternatives.

Mr. Titshaw also works together with other members of AGG's German-American business services and international practice teams to assist foreign-based companies or individuals in determining the optimal structure for doing business in the United States. In addition, he assists these clients in establishing and maintaining operations in the United States and in structuring cross border transactions. Based on his legal studies in Germany and his work for German courts and law firms, Mr. Titshaw is particularly knowledgeable about German and European Union legal systems and business practices.
