Rebecca Stone is an associate in the firm's corporate practice group and a member of the Merger & Acquisitions/Strategic Alliance and the Telecommunications Practice Teams. She has experience in corporate technology matters, U.S. and international privacy matters, private equity financing, sweepstakes, promotion marketing and telemarketing matters, Internet-related matters, telecommunications and cable television regulatory matters, software licensing, development and distribution, and mergers and acquisitions. She is a frequent speaker on promotion marketing and electronic commerce issues. Prior to joining the firm, Becky was the Director of Marketing for BellSouth Business Systems, where she was responsible for the ten-city launch of BellSouth's Internet business to its large business customers. Prior to her work at BellSouth, Becky was a Product Manager for MCI, where she was responsible for the development and nationwide launch of MCI's telecommuting products to its large business customers. Prior to joining MCI, she managed technical support and marketing organizations for various software companies.
