Mr. Spinrad is a partner in the Firm's Litigation Practice Group and in its Environmental Practice Team. In addition to civil litigation experience in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, he has practiced extensively and lectured in the area of environmental law.

Mr. Spinrad advises clients with regard to environmental due diligence issues and structuring corporate and real estate transactions to minimize or apportion environmental liabilities. He also counsels clients regarding environmental permitting and enforcement issues.
