Mr. Smith has over 17 years experience in the accounting arena, covering the professional service, real estate development, and property management industries. Before joining AGG, he served 13 years in a variety of senior level accounting roles within William M. Mercer, Incorporated located in Dallas, Texas; Richmond, Virginia; and Atlanta, Georgia. He began his career in the accounting profession as Senior Accountant and Controller for First Dallas Investors Company, a small, privately held real estate developer and property manager located in Dallas, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas, and graduated in 1986.
