Luke is an associate in the Bankruptcy Practice Group. He has experience in workout and bankruptcy negotiations and proceedings and has represented single bank and agent banks, unsecured creditors, real property lessors and lessees, equipment lessors, equity holders and Chapter 11 trustees. Prior to joining the firm, Luke was an associate in the syndicated finance and financial restructuring practice group at Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman, L.L.P. in Charlotte, North Carolina and was a law clerk for the Honorable George R. Hodges, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina in Charlotte.
