Mark Salsbury is an associate in the firm's Tax Practice Team. His practice primarily involves federal income tax, including corporate and partnership tax, international tax, and the taxation of specialized entities such as real estate investment trusts (REITs). Mark is experienced in structuring business transactions, including corporate mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Previously, Mark worked as tax counsel for a U.S.-based container shipping company concentrating on international tax matters.

Mark's practice also involves tax aspects of executive compensation, including the design of various types of deferred compensation and equity incentive arrangements.
