Mr. Rothman is a partner of the firm and Leader of the Business Litigation Team. He represents clients in various facets of commercial litigation, including media law, securities and franchise litigation. As a former professional journalist, Mr. Rothman has a particular interest in communications law and is active in American Bar Association and State Bar of Georgia media law committees. During law school, Mr. Rothman was an intern clerk for the Honorable William Stafford, Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida (1982).
